Online Team Stores

A storefront built for your team, school, organization or business. Supporters, members and staff browse, order and pay directly.

No inventory to buy and no aging stock to sell off later. A $50 setup deposit gets your first store built, and you get it back once the store starts selling.

Whether you are a youth league or high school program, a booster club or PTA, a church or a nonprofit, or even a company kitting out staff or clients — it is the same store and the same setup. Run it as a short group store, or leave it open as a catalog store.

The problem it solves

No more order forms

If you have ever run a spirit wear order on paper, you already know every one of these.

No collecting money

Everyone pays at checkout

Each person pays for their own order at checkout using their preferred payment method. Nothing comes out of your pocket other than the setup deposit — no upfront cost, and no cash for you to manage.

No order forms

The size sheet goes away

Everyone picks their own size, color and items right in the store. Nothing to decipher from a handwritten form, no add-ons scribbled in the margin two weeks after you collected it, and no deciding whether that character is an M or an XL.

It answers the questions for you, too. Whatever is in the store is available in the sizes and colors shown, so nobody is fielding messages at nine at night about whether something comes in youth medium.

Any size order

Order 1 or order 100

The store handles either without extra work for you. Bulk order tabs make quick work of large orders, and you can still customize every single piece individually — names, numbers, sizes, designs.

No dead stock

Nothing left to sell off

Nothing gets made until somebody orders it, so you never get stuck with last year's gear that you end up having to sell off for less than it cost you.

And once a store is built, customers pick whichever design they want. Leave prior designs available and someone can still grab that retro 2025 apparel.

Two ways to run it

Pick the one that fits your season

Same store, same products, same fundraising. The difference is how long it stays open and when production happens.

Group store Catalog store
Open for About two weeks — long enough that everyone sees it, short enough that nobody forgets. Longer or shorter is your call. As long as you want. No closing date unless you ask for one.
Production One run, after the store closes. Everything comes back together. Weekly, as orders come in. New people can order the week they join.
Turnaround Standard turnaround from the close date, so plan backwards from when you need it in hand. 7 to 10 days on production, with no deadline for anyone to catch.
Best for Presales for a community event, a limited-run fundraiser, or anything with a date attached. A seasonal sport, or an organization that always has somebody needing more gear.

Plenty of organizations run both — a catalog store up all season, and a separate group store for a playoff run or a one-off event. The products are already built the second time.

How it works

Four steps, and most of them are ours

We build it

Send your logo and tell us roughly what you want offered. We put the store together, mock up the designs and send it for your approval.

You share the link

One link, sent however you already reach people. Team app, group chat, email, a flyer with a QR code. It works on a phone.

Supporters order

They browse, pick sizes, and pay. You can check the store financials any time you like — it is your store, not a black box.

We produce and deliver

A group store closes and we produce the whole run at once. A catalog store produces weekly as orders come in. Either way it comes back sorted — bulk to one contact, or shipped to each person.

Why it holds up

It should still look like a team in November

Anyone can put a logo on a shirt. Doing it the same way forty times, on garments that survive the season, is the part that takes equipment.

  1. 01

    Every piece matches

Same file, same size, same placement on all of them. The graphic on the last shirt is identical to the one on the first, because it is printed from one setup rather than lined up by eye one at a time.

  2. 02

    Names and numbers line up

Across a full roster, the character size, font and position stay put. No drift by the twentieth shirt, and nothing that looks noticeably different when the team lines up together.

  3. 03

    Garments made to be decorated

The brands you know and trust, from the two largest wholesale apparel distributors in the country. These are manufactured specifically for decorating — brand logos kept small and out of the way, so your design is the only thing anyone sees on the shirt.

They are built to hold their shape and color through a season of washing, not through one photo day.

  4. 04

    Nobody gives up their October

Forty shirts is a lot longer at a kitchen table than it sounds when you volunteer for it. This is what our equipment does every day, and it comes back sorted and ready to hand out.

Raising money

Fundraising is built in

Not a separate campaign, not a second thing to organize.

Passive fundraising, no hassle

Set an amount on top of each product and it goes to your organization. We do all the work — you just send out the link. Supporters are buying something they wanted anyway, so it never feels like being asked for a donation.

You choose the amount. We show you exactly what it raises before the store opens.

See it as it comes in

Store financials are visible to you throughout, so you know your total before the store even closes instead of finding out when the check arrives.

What goes in it

As much or as little as you want

Anything we decorate can go in the store, in as many designs as you like. Group items into a bundle at one price — a jersey, a hoodie and a hat together — and it is easier for parents to buy.

Common questions

What does it cost to set up?

There is a $50 setup deposit to get the store built, and you get it back once the store reaches 10 orders or $500 in sales in its first 60 days, whichever comes first.

You choose how it comes back — a one-time $50 code to use in your own store, good for 30 days, or we add the $50 to your fundraising total if you would rather have it in the check.

It only applies to a first store. If you have run a store with us that earned its deposit back, there is no deposit on the next one — new season, new design, no charge to build it.

Why we ask for it: a store is a real build on our end. We source the products, mock up every design, set every size and color option, and load it all in. That work happens before a single order comes in. The deposit lets us build a store for anyone who asks instead of having to guess up front who is ready to go — and if your store sells, it costs you nothing.

Do we have to buy any inventory?

No. Only what was actually ordered gets made — after close on a group store, or weekly on a catalog store. There is no minimum and no upfront purchase.

How do people get their order?

However suits you. We can bulk deliver the whole run to one organizational contact to hand out, or ship individually to each buyer. Local delivery is available for a small fee.

Can we see how it is doing while it is open?

Yes. You get access to the store financials at any time, so you can see orders and fundraising totals as they come in rather than finding out at the end.

Do you send our supporters marketing?

Never. We do not send promotional emails or texts, and we do not give contact information to anyone. The only message that goes out is a coupon code confirmation when you set one up — you choose the code, and we send it back to you with your login details.

Can we run more than one store?

Yes, and plenty of organizations do — one per season, separate stores for different teams, programs or departments, or a catalog store running all year alongside a short group store for a specific event.

The setup deposit is a first-store thing. Once you have had a store that earned it back, every store after that is built with no deposit.

We are a business, not a team. Does this still work?

Yes, and it is one of the better uses of it. Staff uniforms and branded apparel without you buying stock or holding sizes, new hires ordering their own gear, or a store open to clients and customers.

Skip the fundraising markup and it is simply a branded storefront with nothing to run and no stock to hold.

Ready to set one up?

Tell us the organization, roughly what you want in it, and when you need it. We will build the store and send it over for approval.
