Tell us where it is going
Indoors, outdoors for a weekend, or outdoors for a season. That one answer decides the material more than anything else, and it is what stops you paying for more sign than you need.
Banners, signs, flags, canvas, labels, decals and everyday business print. Indoor or outdoor, one piece or a full run.
Not sure which material you need? Tell us where it is going and how long it has to last. That answers it faster than a spec sheet will.
Ten materials, plus retractable stands and hardware. Maximum sizes and finishing options vary by material.
UV printed 13oz matte vinyl
The standard outdoor banner.

UV printed 18oz matte vinyl, blockout core
Premium heavy weight, used for street and light pole banners.

UV printed 70/30 10oz mesh vinyl
Lets wind pass through instead of catching it. For fences and exposed open spans.

UV printed 15oz backlit vinyl
Built to be lit from behind, for light boxes and illuminated displays.

14mil double white popup, UV printed
Very smooth surface, made for close-up indoor viewing. Holds up outdoors too.

UV printed 18oz blockout vinyl
Supplied as a set for street pole mounting.

Dye sublimated 9oz wrinkle-free polyester
Folds without creasing, so it travels well. Softer and more premium looking than vinyl.

Dye sublimated 9.5oz blockout polyester
Fabric finish with no show-through, so what is behind it stays hidden.

Dye sublimated 8.8oz, 2-way stretch
For frame and SEG display systems. Stretches taut with no wrinkles.

UV printed 13oz matte vinyl, sets of 10
Events, rallies and sidelines.

Which of these are available depends on the material — each product above lists its own. Tell us how it is being hung and we will pick for you.
Grommets are number 2 brass. Rope is 3/16in or 5/16in sewn in. Velcro and webbing are 1in white on vinyl, 1in or 2in sewn on fabric. If it is going on a fence in an open field, ask for windslits — they are the difference between a banner that lasts a season and one that tears in the first storm.
Rigid and outdoor signage, weather rated where it needs to be.

4mm and 10mm corrugated plastic
The standard yard sign. Direct UV printed for long lasting outdoor use.

Sidewalk A-frames and holders for temporary and repeat display.

Large format posters for display, events and point of sale.

Listing signs, riders and post-mounted panels.
All flags are dye sublimated onto 4oz polyester mesh and are washable. Aluminum and graphite poles interlock without tools.
Four sizes, 9ft to 18ft assembled
The angled top holds the graphic taut at the head, so the top of your message stays readable.

Four sizes, 9ft to 18ft assembled
Curved top edge. Same sizes as the angled version, softer outline.

Four sizes, 7ft to 13.5ft assembled
Tighter shape than a feather flag, so the graphic stays flatter and holds its form in wind.

Three sizes, 8.5ft to 15ft assembled
Straight edges, so artwork laid out as a rectangle needs no reworking.

One size, 16ft assembled
The budget option. Outdoor use, single sided.

One size, 16ft assembled
Ready-made designs — Open, Sale, Now Hiring and the like. Same build as the econo feather, no artwork needed.

Custom sizes up to 62in x 100ft
A traditional flag on a house-style bracket, rather than a ground-standing display.

21in mini flag
Indoor desktop size, for counters, reception desks and trade show tables.

The feather, teardrop and rectangle flags take any of these four. The econo flags take the ground stake only.
Optional zippered nylon carry bag on the feather and teardrop flags — 1.41 lbs for small and medium, 1.63 lbs for large and X-large.
Pieces made to hang on a wall and stay there.

Anything that sticks — to glass, metal, walls, vehicles or hard goods.

Die-cut or square-cut, indoor or outdoor rated, small runs or large.
Transfers for hard surfaces — tumblers, cases, equipment and signage. Sticks to shapes a flat sticker will not.
Product and packaging labels, on rolls or sheets.
Supplied on a roll for fast, consistent application across a production run.

Flat sheets rather than rolls. Better for short runs and hand application.
Packaging printed to your design, with or without sleeves.

Booth and event kit. More detail and full option lists on request.

Printed event tents, available as complete packages with walls and accessories.
Silicone edge graphic displays and trade show systems.
Everyday business printing. Most of these share the same stock and finish options.
16pt to 32pt · nine finishes
The finish changes how the card feels in the hand more than how it looks, and that is most of what people remember.

Mailers, promotions and appointment reminders.

100lb text
Single sheet, for handing out or leaving on a counter. Printed both sides at no extra cost.

100lb text · folded
More room than a flyer, still pocket sized. Folded and ready to hand out.

100lb text or 8pt card
For a window, a hallway or a locker room. Indoor stock — ask about the vinyl options in the signs tab if it is going outside.

14pt card · die cut
Heavier stock so it survives a rainy porch and does not curl on the knob. Cut and hole punched, ready to hang.

For proposals, onboarding packs and sales material.

Saddle stitched
Programs, catalogs, manuals and yearbooks.

Letterhead, memo sheets and matching stationery.

Handouts that get kept rather than binned.

2, 3 and 4 part sets
Branded notepads, and carbonless multi-part forms for anything that needs a copy at the time of writing — work orders, job tickets, invoices, receipts, delivery slips.

Durable plastic cards for membership, loyalty and gift use.

Every piece different — names, numbers, codes or addresses printed in one run.

Plastic, metal and highlighter pens, printed with your logo.

Vector files give the cleanest result at large sizes. A photo or screenshot can work for small print but rarely enlarges well. Send what you have to artwork@bluelinecrafts.com and we will tell you what it can be used for.
Most print and signage runs 7–10 business days once your proof is approved and payment is in. Rush options may be available depending on workload. More on how we work →
Send the size, the quantity and where it is going. We will come back with a quote and a recommendation, usually within one business day.
